Hi, I saw the ad on Daft, I am interested in this house, I have reference to works, reference to tenant, please accept me. husband and I have been living in the area for years, but our tenancy is being terminated due to our landlord selling the house. We have a reference from our landlord to testify to our timely rent payments and pristine upkeep of the house. We both work and have a solid monthly income. We are have children who attend school in the area, so we wish to be able to live in this Village. We would appreciate it if you considered our request to view the house.
