I am a military male looking to rent out a spare room. There is a choice of two rooms, both currently available, although I plan to not rent out one at the moment.

The lot features a covered front and back porch for use. Parking will be in the driveway, with enough room for multiple cars. Property is minutes from Raleigh, 7 minutes from downtown Smithfield, minutes from downtown Clayton.
