Studio for the Summer

Description

Looking for someone to take over my lease from Fifth Apartment for this summer. The apartment is a studio and the lease ends on August 8th.

The base rent is $. Water, trash, and pest control are included costing $. Individulas must make 3 times the rent in order to qualify.

It is located right next to the Tennessee Capitol and is on the first floor.
