lease takeover at Park Placee

Description

I am looking for someone to takeover my lease starting May until the next school year !

- first photo describes all the things the apartments offer to its residents !

- base rent is *cheaper if taking over my lease then getting a new one*

- if you were looking to also live with friends 3 other rooms in the apartment are available !

- the room comes fully furnished and the bathroom/closet are conjoined (can provide a picture if wanted!)
( ill leave the bathroom decor in the bathroom including shower curtains, bath mats, trashcan)

- very very close to campus about a minute walk to the north side and a 4 minute walk to the south side. The white and blue buses provide transport for students. ( there’s pathways that lead to both sides) !
