Looking for a chill cool calm collected roomie to move into a 2 bedroom apartment with. Or private entry setup for one (myself). If you’re also looking for a roommate I’d be pleased to meet you, get a coffee or lunch and get to know each other first. Full disclosure, my room is questionable (usually clean clothes all over the place) but that’s what doors are for. Common areas will always be clean. I work for the county years throughout Ventura County.
