Hi! I am looking for someone who wants to sublease my one bedroom out of a room at Pacifica on Green. This includes a bathroom connected to your bedroom. You can either find a roommate to rent the other room or the apartment complex can do a random roommate assignment. It is located right on Green Street and is close to all the restaurants and not a bad walk to campus. Rent would be $, which includes valet trash and utilities. Move in would be August . Move out is decided by you. There is a gym, game room, study rooms, barista lounge, etc. Laundry is in-unit. Please contact me if you are interested.
