Cleaning lady comes every bi weekly to clean the common areas (included in rent).Rent also includes trash and utilities as well as internet. NO PETS!!! I have cats that live here. Bedroom door does come with a lock and key for added privacy. On street parking. No drugs. NON SMOKING!!!! LGBTQ friendly and safe!! Single person only (no couples). I do have a garage so if you need somewhere to store a bicycle, tent, etc, but not a storage unit.
