For July 1st (or possibly sooner depending on situation):

Hi! Recently moved back to Florida after divorce and am looking to rent:

- unfurnished room
- private bathroom
- female or a LBTGQ+ roommate (NO cis male roommates)
- a place that will allow a cat is ideal but not a deal breaker. I love animals so a spot with cat or dog rules!
- north of Downtown Orlando - i work in Lake Mary
- budget is $ with utilities included

I am a pastry chef that manages a local cafe , so I work a lot.

My daughter is and will visit from the Midwest as much as she can. But will not live with me (sadly).

I am turning this weekend but feel . I still DJ from time to time, but typically read books, watch movies, cook and go to the beach when I am not working. Napping is my favorite pastime 😁

I prefer private landlords. I prefer female roommates or lgbtqia+ openminded and artistic individuals for roommates. I don’t do parties or drama or slobs. Seriously too old for bong hits and dirty toilets and all the one night stand drama.

My budget is $ a month. Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Altamonte, Casselberry, Maitland, Winter Park, Thornton Park are ideal neighborhoods but open to suggestions.

Don’t waste my time with comments that aren’t useful. restarting my life over in a new place without my kiddo and ruined credit because of my ex, don’t be a jerk. Or try to me, I’m too smart for that.
