Roommate would have a good size private room & a big private full bathroom w/linen closet & access to kitchen, living room & cozy outdoor balcony. Apartment is next door to the rd St. park w/tennis & basketball courts & Community Recreation Center with fitness equipment & a pool. It is also near grocery stores, restaurants & bicycle trails. I have a female cat that loves people when she gets to know them, but she does not get along with other animals.
