I am looking for 1 roommate to join a 4-room unit STARTING in JUNE.
1 room is available.
The unit was renovated last year so the appliances are new and the room condition is pretty good.
Location is 5 minute walk to Clark University, close to multiple bus stops, and very close to some local restaurants + McDonalds.


Parking space available.
Water included.
HVAC central heating + AC.
Security cameras on property (inside building hallways and outside) and digital locks available to protect your deliveries and packages.
Washer and dryer in basement + storage space.

If you know that you are dirty in shared areas like bathroom and kitchen, do not bother applying.
