Hello, My name is Kalaya, and I am looking for a female roommate to take over my lease starting in June. I currently reside in a fully furnished bedroom apartment, the Chelsea floor plan, at The Legacy at Centennial.

This community offers excellent amenities, including a fitness center, academic lounge, study rooms, a clubhouse with an arcade, an outdoor pool, and sky lounge. The rent is $ plus utilities.

I have truly enjoyed living here, but as I will be graduating this spring, I plan to move out in mid-May. The lease runs through the end of July, with the option to extend if desired.
