Town home for rent in Cumberland

I am moving out of my rented townhome in mid-June and need someone to takeover the lease. The community is located in a prime location in Cumberland ( miles from battery stadium and cumberland mall ) with many restaurants, grocery stores and trails near by. The townhome is bath. I have attached pictures and floor plan from the official . Need someone to takeover over the lease from mid-June, to mid- April, but can be flexible on start day. The rent is $ per month with $ extra for in-home washer/dryer and not inclusive of utilities. Pls DM me if interested.
