Hi, I’m looking to sublease my room in a -bath apartment at Thrive. From now until July with the option of subleasing for the August until July school year. The base rent is $. Currently there is one other girl living there but she is graduating in May but will be leaving in July. So no one will be living there for the next school year. So you can bring two other friends with you, if not they do a roommate match.

The apartment comes fully furnished and includes great amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, gym, 3 pools, study room, dog park, tanning roomand is conveniently located on the TTU bus route. Along with being very active with their residents, they do monthly giveaways and have an activity board for what’s going on that week. Additionally, there are no breed or weight restrictions for dogs, so it’s a great option for pet owners!
