Large Room for Rent!

Description

bath, we are renting out the larger room (ft6in) in the house,near Franklin Park just right off of Summitview. With everything covered $ a month. We are willing to do split payments throughout the month.

Jackie and Marvin are partners living in the back room of the house.

Marvin is the landlord and he works Wednesday-Friday pm Saturday/Sunday pm, he plays video games using the livingroom as his main hangout space. He showers consistently after work, as he works as a diesel tech in Ellensburg. He is +, he mostly like to keep to himself and enjoys his time off to wind down playing video games and work in the yard.

Jackie, has a 3 year old daughter who comes to visit the first week of the month. She works am Friday-Monday, she also likes playing games and chilling in common spaces.

Preferably looking for a quiet, respectful, healthy single person. Who has direct communication and boundaries.
