2 bedrooms and a private bath

I have a new home and never use the 2 guest rooms and bathroom which are located privately in their own hall and there is a small fenced backyard and covered deck. Rent includes all utilities, internet and use of kitchen, washer/dryer and garage to park. MUST BE CLEAN and quite. Pets on case by case basis I have a small older dog.
