Looking for roommate

looking for someone to move into my bath apartment. My current roommate is moving to seattle in june and will not be renewing the lease. The furniture you see in the bedroom pictures will not be there. Rent, utilities and wifi will be a total of about $ per month. Youll have the master bedroom/bathroom, and a garage parking spot close to the building. We have a washer and dryer in the unit. I work hours a day monday-friday, and i keep to myself mostly on weekends. You’ll have to show proof of income, and pass a background check to get onto the lease. I also have a cat. If you want to bring a pet we can get 1 more (dog or cat).
