Female roommate wanted

Description

I have a large basement bedroom for rent. It has a semi walk-in closet, its own private hallway, bathroom and stairwell. You get one car garage space. Utilities, fiber internet and laundry are included. Shared kitchen. My sister lives with us, I have two daughters and one other roommate. I have a well mannered dog and a hypoallergenic cat. We have two refrigerators and three freezers. The art is nice and shady. We have two sky chairs, a fire pit and two gardens. We use our family room for dancing, yoga, karaoke, sitting around the gas fireplace, and a piano/music room.

No pets allowed. No drugs or excessive drinking
