The place:
Townhome, . Sqft, 2 car garage, furnished living room. The first level of the town home is the garage (really big) – if you have a lot of stuff you can probably fit it in the garage. 2nd floor is the main floor and entrance with the kitchen, living room, dining area and bath (toilet and sink). 3rd floor is laundry and 3 bedrooms. There’s also a back-patio area on the 2nd floor.
The bedroom is around and includes a closet, window that looks outside
The contract:
Cost is $ / month and the lease will be monthly. I will require a payment of first and last months rent and proof of employment, and a quick background check.
Currently, I have 3 tenants living there (a couple in the master bedroom and a male in another room). For the most part they are gamer types that stay in their room, with one of them not really there most of the time. All the people living there I've had for the past 2 years and they've been great. The place is pretty big and allows for 4 people comfortably.
