A 4 bedroom home in Beaverton has one room available. We are located near the Nike headquarters and Cedar Hills shopping center.
The room is on the top floor and has a shared bathroom with someone who is tidy, clean and respectful (rent $ ).
The middle level has a common space with a large kitchen and living room.
The lower/ ground floor has a garage for storage.
There is a community pool, club house, and small gym.
Utilities average $ per month including internet. The leases runs month to month.

Your possible future roommates are myself ( ’s) and two other women in their 's. We are all clean, respectful and enjoy a calm, relaxed house.

We are not looking to add pets to the house at this time.
