$ room for rent !

Hi, my name is Ashley, I’m and a college student, and I’m looking for a roommate to rent out my den to. Located at Riverdale Park within walking distance from Whole Foods and about a minute walk to College Park Metro Station!! Right next to UMD as well. As you can see it is about the same size as the actual bedroom and we would share a bathroom. I will pay for any move-in costs including WiFi and will furnish the living/kitchen area unless you’d like to! I don’t mind sharing any of my items in those shared spaces as well. I’m looking for someone who is okay with dogs inside the house since I am a dog sitter as well and could help me if needed. I am rarely home unless I need to and I don’t party/smoke. I’m either working, taking care of dogs, or at school. I also have an extra full size bed, desk, chair, and other furniture if you’d like to keep that as well! Please message me asap if interested!
