until end of July with the option to renew with an early renewal rate starting August 1. This apartment is on the first level and a corner unit. Tenant upstairs is quiet and respectful. It also faces the beautiful pool area and comes with security glass on the patio for added privacy. The apartment comes with 1 parking spot and 1 garage. Pets are allowed but will require a new pet deposit of $ upon lease renewal. Applicants must have credit score of no lower than , income must be at least x the monthly rent which is currently $.
