2 Bedrooms for rent starting end of May

Hi! My name is Ben, I’m and I live in Crown Heights. I live in a 3 bedroom, but both of my roommates are moving out at the end of the lease (ends May st), and I’m looking for two people to take their rooms!

THE ROOMS:
There are with its own bathroom / direct access to the terrace so the rent for that room would likely be more. Then a second bedroom with fire escape access and no bathroom.

THE RENT:
Right now the rent breakdown looks like this, but could be re-negotiated.
- Terrace / bathroom room: $
- Bedroom
- Bedroom 2 (my room): $

*The rent is increasing $ with this lease re-sign, so it would be $ more for each of us.

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is near the Crown Heights Utica ( trains) and the Utica Ave. (A/C) stops.

- 5th floor walk up
- Nice building with nice amenities
- Laundry in building
- Small gym in building

I have a cat so hopefully you’re not allergic! No other pets please, sorry.

The lease re-signs soon, and I would like to fill these two rooms for move-in at the end of May so if all of the above sounds good to you, let me know and maybe we can setup a FaceTime or something!
