The home is warm, inviting, and located in a highly desirable community with fantastic amenities, including a gym, pool, waterpark, pickleball courts, and a large park with walking trails and recreational areas. Restaurants and shops are conveniently nearby.

About the Home & Room:
• Spacious upstairs bedroom available (furnished or unfurnished).
• Shared full bathroom upstairs (used occasionally by my visiting daughter or an occasional guest).
• You would have the entire upstairs to yourself most of the time.
• Common areas include a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
• No pets, please.

• A clean, responsible, and mindful person who values conserving electricity and water, as I am very conscious of usage.
