Message me on Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over a full 3-bedroom lease at Carolina Square, starting July 9th. If you’re interested in taking over one of the bedrooms in mid-May that is also an option and we can negotiate free rent for that month + June. The apartment has a spacious layout, with one bedroom having a detached bathroom. It comes unfurnished, but we’re selling our kitchen, bedroom, and living room furniture if you’re interested. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer! The building has great amenities, including a pool, fitness center, and parking availability, and it’s super close to campus!
