Level has a private entrance and is adjacent to a large deck area with a lower yard and citrus trees. Street parking is in front of the house with minimal restrictions.

Currently occupants include two individuals and one cat living upstairs.

- Being quiet and respectful of other occupants after hours

Pets: Will consider one indoor fully vaxed cat that gets along with other cats. Sorry, no dogs.
