Hi, I am currently looking for someone (MSU undergrad student preferably a Junior) to replace my spot at The Abbot for next year. There are currently two other girls that will be rooming in the apartment next year. It is a bath apartment that is fully furnished! It has an in unit washer and dryer, large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, will have a SMART TV and energy efficient HVAC system! The kitchen has quartz countertops, the apartment has USB outlets, memory foam full XL mattress, high-speed wifi, Dustin cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, a large closet, and wood style flooring throughout! I have posted a video below of the whole floor plan as well to see what is included!

Pricing: it would be $ a month + utilities
- prorated rent of $
- Prorated meaning that the monthly rent could be adjusted depending on the number of days the tenant will occupy the property
- The total cost of $ is split between you and your other roommates to approximately $ a month

Once you are approved by The Abbot as a replacement for me you must sign the current Lease Contract. Additionally we will both have to sign new leasing contracts, and my security deposit of $ will be transferred to you (replacement resident) by the date that The Abbot approves.
