I’m looking for a respectful, spiritually oriented tenant to share my charming and spacious 3-bedroom home in a tucked away peaceful neighbourhood in Esquimalt. The home features a front and back yard for relaxation and extra storage space in the basement.

Room Details:
• Comfortable private bedroom with windows overlooking the backyard
- Unfurnished Room (but I can provide a pull-out bed if you like)

• Shared access to common areas, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and meditation room
• Plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere

House Features:
• Spacious front and back yard for relaxation
• Basement storage space available
• Dedicated meditation room for spiritual practice
• Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to shops, parks, and public transportation

About the Space & Ideal Tenant:
I’m a spiritual person with a regular daily practice, and I’d love to share my home with someone who values a similar path. Or at the least, who’s presence doesn’t interrupt the calm of the house.

The ideal tenant will be:
• Spiritually oriented – Reiki training is a big plus!
• Queer man preferred
• Vegetarian (no meat in the house)
• Respectful, clean, and mindful of shared spaces
• No smoking or heavy partying

Rent: $ per month (includes utilities: water, electric & internet)

Move-in date: May 1st
