Looking for a room!

Hello I am a year old male. I recently ended a long term relationship and am looking for a room. My lease ends in July and I’d like to secure a place to stay as soon as possible for that time. I have a 1 year old Australian shepherd that I’m taking with me from relationship. I have a stable source of income working as a landscaper under salary. I prefer a coed housing situation as my dog (female) is better with females than males. Never the less this does not stop me from being a room mate to a male it will just take more time for her to get used to you. She is crate and potty trained.
