Looking for a roommate for the basement area of our two floor apartment. Roommate would have entire floor to themselves with a bedroom, office, bathroom, and living room area. There’s a door to the basement from the outside for easy in and out access. Comes with in-unit laundry and free on street parking. We have two cats that are super friendly. Landlord is wonderful. Our apartment is super close to features such as the walking trail, bus line, YMCA, and more!
