Description

We are looking for a housemate to rent a room in this beautiful house located in Northwest Austin close to the Domain and new Apple Campus / Tech corridor. The house is located in a nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood with a community center that has a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and running trails. You can enjoy the large fenced-in backyard, along with common areas of the home shared with the other tenants.

The west-facing room has one large window, a generous wall-length closet, and comes unfurnished. There is a full bathroom that will be SHARED with one other roommate, and a communal powder room downstairs.

Utilities including gas, electricity, water, and high-speed internet will be split equally between you and the two existing tenants. The average cost is $ per month per tenant depending on the season. The house comes with a shared washer and dryer. All the tenants share responsibility to maintain clean common areas inside and outside the house, including keeping the yard clean, trimmed, and watered.

*Note there are furnishings within the common rooms of the house.

Your housemates are both working professionals. There is one dog currently, and they are open to a new pet friend as long as he/she is friendly with other dogs. Only one pet per tenant is allowed.

Ideally we are looking for someone that is friendly, clean, dependable, reliable, no drugs, and no drama. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house, but permitted outside.
