- Maximum 1 person per room. No couples or shares.
- Prices are for rooms only. No parking.
- Street parking only. No more rented spaces available.
- Maids will clean all common areas monthly (private bedrooms/bathroom are excluded).
- Landlord will split the utilities among all roommates by headcount each month.
- Pets allowed. Requires $ pet deposit.
