Hello all, I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease from June . It is a person apartment with three girls and one guy. It is located at Gilman Falls Ave Unit A, Old Town, near the UMaine Orono campus. It is $ a month with heat, hot water, water, sewer, and internet all included. The description online is “This 5-Bedroom property is unlike most houses. It has very large rooms with exceptionally high ceilings, ornate woodwork, Bathrooms, and a Full Laundry. This is unlike ANY student rental properties in Orono or Old Town. Utilities including heat, hot water, water, sewer, and INTERNET. All of this for just $ per month per bedroom”.
