HUGE room w/private bath in a bath twelve hundred sq ft luxury apt in East Ventura. Split layout (see floorplan), room is seventeen by thirteen & a half sq ft including closet. It has a queen size mattress in it; you can keep it or not.

Apartment amenities include: hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, WiFi, central A/C & heat, access to fully stocked kitchen + common areas. Unobstructed third floor views. I have the whole top floor and don't share walls with other tenants.

Building amenities include: courtyard, fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor grills, elevator, secured garage parking, secured complex (access by fob or key code only), security patrol at night, smart locks to be installed soon, small grocery downstairs, secured storage units onsite

Rent does not include utilities, we would split those. Your half is noted above.

TO APPLY: Property mgmt requires a criminal background & credit check. There is a fifty dollar application fee. 1 year lease preferred but would consider month to month. NOTE: Rent might decrease by fifty dollars, I'm waiting for property management to confirm monthly rent rate.

DEPOSIT: hundred + sixty dollar garage door opener deposit.


LOOKING FOR SOMEONE: CLEAN, employed, stable and dependable. No smokers, heavy drinkers or vaping. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen is fully stocked and you are welcome to use anything in it as long as you respect my stuff. I don’t have room for additional countertop kitchen appliances but there is space in the overhead kitchen cabinets and pantry to store a few things. I don’t have room for more furniture in the common areas but the bedroom is so big you can fit a Cal King bed and still have room for a couch in there. Storage units available onsite if you need one.
