-Room with a window airconditioner
-I'm years old, hybrid work from home and office
-Other roommate Josh years old night shift Respiratory Therapy (making noise during the day is no issue)
-Third roommate is and works from ish
-Must be dog friendly, there are 2 dogs one is 9 years old and one 1 year old
