Student renting in Langley/Surrey

Description

My name is Evan and I am years old. I work in Langley and take classes in Surrey, so I am seeking to rent in a location in those two districts.

One of my highest priorities when it comes to my living space is the people that I share it with. Living together can be challenging, and as such it is important that everyone is on the same page and willing to compromise if necessary. For myself, I am a light sleeper, so I need quiet during the night and early morning. I am fairly tidy and do my part to ensure the house is kept clean and hygienic. Don't ask me for any aesthetic advice or to fix anything overly complex around the house though.

Some hobbies of mine include dodgeball and kickboxing, and in my spare time I prefer to read, exercise, and play video & board games (mainly strategy genres). I get along with a wide variety of people and like to socialize when I am not occupied by obligations. I enjoy many different kinds of activities, and am happy to include roommates in them.

My academic interests include history, economics, psychology, and education.
