Master bedroom private bath

Master bedroom with walk in bathroom and door to outside patio available on second floor :) Across the hall are mines and my daughters (8yr old) room so there’s privacy! No move-in fee just first months rent to transition smoothly. My current roomie is moving out with her new boyfriend and I need to fill the room. The space will be empty so feel free to bring all of your furniture.. We were just getting settled so any other Furniture is welcome but not necessary :) Please view my profile to learn more about us! The only reason why I don’t do much inside of the house is because my current roomie sleeps during the day to work at night. I’m totally fine with guest, friends, or occasional gathering like girls day or watch party or something fun or quiet how it has been is fine too.
