Looking for a room starting May'

Hi, I am YO female, Indian but in States since 3 years. I work for a construction company in Long Island city. I am looking for a room, starting May . I am at work from M-F, , remote is not an option for me. I cook and look after myself. I dont smoke, and would like a house which a smoke free as well. We can discuss further once we have a lead. A few things that are imp for are:
i need dishwasher in the house, and I would like the roomie to be cool with the Indian cooking smell. I dont burn the house, but my food is pretty flavorful. Thank you.
