Looking for a roommate for the guest room in our home located in Enchanted Hills .

I am a friendly and professional male. I work for the government. Must be okay with dogs.
- Male preferred
- No Couples
- No additional pets.
- You will have to share a bathroom with one other roommate.
- Kitchen / Laundry / Living room / Backyard access

Cleanliness is a must
Room has a Queen Bed with frame and nightstand but can be removed if needed.

There will be a Roommate Agreement, month by month, agreement will terminate at the end of the month unless a new one is signed for the following month.
