Large room with private bathroom

Hi, my name is Tracey. My partner Glen and I have a fully furnished room available in the apartment we rent near the Miracle Mile area. We're a couple; I'm from NZ and work from home; Glen is American (though actually half English) and is an realtor/actor/personal trainer. We have an 8-mth-old Aussie Shepherd/poodle puppy (who doesn't shed). We're looking to rent out our large spare bedroom for short to longer-term rentals.

The room is spacious and has its own full bathroom (with a shower over the tub). It's furnished with a queen bed, dressing tables, desk/table, small fridge/freezer and smart TV with Roku. It's in an upstairs apartment in a charming Spanish duplex in a great neighborhood, close to freeways and only a mile or two from Beverly Hills and W Hollywood. The apartment is a good size, with its own laundry and a backyard shared with our downstairs neighbors. There is permit parking on the street.

Costs are inclusive of all utilities (water, power, Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc, unlimited data high-speed internet). Sorry, no additional pets allowed.
