I’m offering a guest room for rent in my luxury townhouse in a highly sought after neighborhood, Avinity Subdivision. There is a clubhouse, gym, dog park and playground. Young families and retired professionals can be seen strolling the sidewalks in this lovely neighborhood. This is my home, it is fully furnished, although you are welcome to decorate the guest room if you would like. The guest room comes with a walk in closet, very comfortable queen size bed and nightstand. You can look upon mountain views from the windows while reclining in bed.
It is located min from downtown Charlottesville. min to Monticello, Carter’s mountain, and hiking trails. Wegmans shopping center is minutes away. There is also Charlottesville's Historic Downtown Mall, one of the longest pedestrian malls in the country, with retail shops, restaurants, and art galleries. The home is a short drive to the University of Virginia and the top-rate UVA Medical Center. John Paul Jones Arena is also close by for live music and entertainment. There are numerous vineyards and outdoor activities to enjoy.
The space is modern, comfortable, luxurious, spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of windows. There is a nice deck off the kitchen.
