Ideally, I’m hoping to find a furnished home where I can rent a room on a monthly basis. I’d love to ease into it with a “let’s-feel-this-out-for-a-couple-months” arrangement—just to make sure we all vibe and nobody secretly chews with their mouth open or hoards the good snacks… but ultimately,
I’m open to month-to-month, bi-annual or yearly lease agreements.

I’m not afraid to pitch in around the house—I like things neat, tidy, and livable (not “plastic-on-the-furniture” tidy, just the normal-human kind). A washer and dryer on- is a must—because laundromats and I are not on speaking terms.

If there’s a bedroom available with a private bathroom, that’s my dream scenario, and I’d happily pay a little more for that luxury. But I’m flexible if it’s a shared setup with good people.

Full honesty: I do occasionally wrestle with the urge for a cigarette, but when that happens, I’m super respectful and always smoke outside—far away from the house so the smoke stays where it belongs (in the wild, not in your curtains).
