Looking for a roommate to go half

I have a two bedroom and two bathroom, hundred sqft condo. I am 3 currently renting and would like a roommate 0 to go halfsies on everything. I 5 am starting from scratch, so 6 there isn't any furniture 0 yet. The second bedroom and guest 8 bathroom is all yours. 0 You will need to go through a realty 8 company and pay first, security and fees. If you have a pet, there are breed restrictions in the community, and you 9 will be on the hook for the monthly pet fee of fifty dollars. Ideally, I'd like someone who can cook. I had a very good 4 deal where I would pay for half of the groceries to be included in meals. Other than that, we can discuss details. If you figure it out, send it.
