The building is in a nice area near Schroeder Middle School, Bath, with a couple of playgrounds within walking distance and a couple of churches if that suits your fancy! This particular unit is also right across the hall from the in-building washing and drying machines, so there is less haul to drag laundry! Pet friendly as well!
