The room comes with a sq ft closet for plenty of storage space, and the bathroom is shared with one other roommate.The home features a massive backyard with a pool, fire pit, and plenty of space for outdoor activities like BBQs and cornhole.Inside, the den/living room is complete with a fireplace and a ” TV with an excellent sound system. You’ll have access to almost every streaming service, plus an Xbox with Game Pass.The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and centrally located with all the essentials nearby. You’ll be just minutes away from HEB Plus, Costco, Target, Home Depot, Whataburger, and much more. It’s a short drive to downtown Round Rock (5 minutes), the Domain ( minutes), and downtown Austin ( minutes).About the roommates:I’m and my roommate is . I’ve been living with my roommate for nearly 4 years, and I can vouch that he’s a great guy. We both enjoy cooking, grilling, and experimenting in the kitchen (I have a kitchen aid mixer and he got a pizza oven recently). We’re clean and respectful when it comes to shared spaces. I’m the homeowner so I’ll take care of any fixes/yard maintenance. My roommate also has a great dog who’s super friendly—please note, he’s not fixed, so if you have a dog, we’ll need to make sure they get along.We love going to local bars, restaurants, Round Rock Express games and occasionally catching some live music, so if you enjoy those things, you’ll fit right in.
