Entire place in North Main Street, Sunderland, MA, USA

I have a lease transfer available for January through July . It is for an apartment at the North Flats in Sunderland, Massachusetts! Me and two of my roommates are going abroad in the spring, so we do have three leases available for transfer.The apartment is shared, there are two bedrooms with a joint kitchen/living area (see floor plan below). One bedroom will be open for two people and one bedroom will be open for one person as our fourth roommate is staying for the duration of the lease.Rent is $ a month plus electric! The apartment is fully furnished and includes in-unit washers/dryers. Additionally, the complex is right on the bus route.Please reach out for further questions!
