The space is ready for rent. This a bath house. I am only home 3 days a month so looking for a tenant who can occupy the space and help us avoid squatters. Wifi, utilities, washer and dryer, bbq grill, etc all included as amenities with your rent. No deposit, no need to make three times the rent either. Again, this is helping us help you, our home being empty with lights off just risk it looking vacant therefore we’re not asking a lot for rent if you’re someone responsible who’s looking for an awesome opportunity. It will be pretty much a full house to yourself unless I pop in for a day or two. Backyard is fenced in, pets are okay! Calls and text are welcome! Ready for immediate move in, we run your background through sentry ($ full refundable) takes about an hour, we do this PRIOR to tours in order to make sure we avoid break ins as we’re not home.
