It's a fairly new complex, built in and has many attractive amenities including a heated saltwater pool, fully stocked indoor gym, dining area for hosting big events and parties, conference room, dog park and more! My building has a very large high quality elevator, just so you know if you have a lot of heavy items that you don't want to carry up the stairs.
