Entire place in Cullowhee, NC, USA

Hello everyone! I am trying to have someone sublease my apartment March through mid July. It’s at the Everson. I share the apartment with 3 other roommates but you have a private bedroom/bathroom. Rent is $ electricity allowance). If you go over the allowance, it gets added to your rent.This is great for anyone taking summer classes or wanting to stay in the area.
