Pool & hot tub located on the 5th floor with amazing entertainment space and multiple spacious WFH areas, perfect for studying or working. The rooftop lounge with indoor & outdoor space on the th floor. Great gym that is never packed & open hours. Studio itself is VERY spacious, includes In-unit washer & dryer. Huge walk-in closet with great built-in, but customizable shelving units. You can view the tour of the empty unit on their ! I’ve lived here 3 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. Everyone is very friendly, twenty-four hour front door staff is awesome. Leasing office is very helpful. I don’t know much about public transportation but the attached parking garage is not included, however, you can buy month parking, there also plenty of street parking for visitors. If you don’t need parking, no worries! There’s a bus stop right out front. And you’re 2 blocks away from the CTA. What about food?! Located near here: Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe’s, Jewel Osco, Mariano’s, Walgreens, South Loop Market (Astoria Market), Go Grocer, and many, many more!! What about the fun stuff?! Eleven minute walk to access the lake with safe & scenic crossings under the bridges, even shorter walk to Grant Park (Suenos & Lollapalooza!!!And so many more festivals/fairs). Museum Campus is maybe an eighteen minute walk. Navy Pier is a short bike ride, or scooter away (~ mi.). Very close & easy access to all of these amazing venues & experience while still allowing you to separate yourself and enjoy time with yourself.
