It's a spacious -bedroom, 1-bath unit with a private balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. The apartment is available starting September 1st, and the lease runs through November , with the option to renew if you'd like to stay longer. The rent is $/month, plus $ for trash, $6 for pest control, and $ for liability insurance. Utilities like water, electricity, and internet are separate. Overall, it’s been a super comfortable and quiet place to live — we've loved it here! If you're looking for a short-term rental with the option to extend, this is a great opportunity.
